A slice of the meteorite found at Broken Hill, Queenland, Australia discovery. The slice has fractures from impact and weathering. The polished side shows a darker view of the stone; the unpolished side reveals more chondrules and texture. Outer crust on the rounded side. Pack in a riker-mount style box.

Newspapers reported a large bolide, explosions and an earth movement in the region. Searchers found this meteorite that is obviously from an earlier fall. A 34kg stone was found in an area of sand dunes; mineralogy and classification (B.Birch, Mus. of Victoria, Melbourne, Australia), homogeneous olivine, Fa25.6, J.N.Grossman, Met.
